Usually it works again after unplugging many times or randomly. However changing this back does not immediately fix the problem. There are 3 possible problems.Ī software / driver / windows 10 issue: this is the most logical to me: when it stopped working I did notice a few times the settings were changed back to a volume level of 50 for the rtc device and the quality was set back to cd. As of now I am clueless what I can do to fix this. After trying many things it randomly worked again but only for 10 minutes. While not immediately suddenly everything worked and I was able to pass calibration and the first tutorial song fine but then suddenly it stopped working again. Today I still had the same problem but after searching some more online I reinstalled the drivers of the cable, changed the volume under levels to 100 and set the audio quality to dvd. I gave up and only now I was motivated to try Rocksmith again. However with the second real tone cable the problem was still there.
